J&J Residence / 木柵許宅

本案為約15坪的兩房住宅，面對有限的坪效，空間規劃以「開放」與「連續」為主要策略。將客廳、餐廳與廚房串聯，減少不必要的隔間，使視線與採光得以延伸，形成以公共區域為核心的生活動線。

公共空間以米黃色自然紋理手工漆作為主要界面，透過手工漆的肌理與光線變化增加空間層次；搭配淺色木質地坪，延續整體的溫度與連續性。中央以整合式櫃體作為空間骨架，將收納、電視與設備集中配置，同時形成客廳與臥室之間的界面。透過開口、轉折與圓角處理，降低櫃體的量體感，使不同機能保持視覺上的連結。

廚房沿窗配置，以線性檯面整合料理與收納，餐桌則延伸自廚房，成為兩人日常用餐與交流的中心。臥室則以淺灰色作為主要色彩，與公共區域的米黃色形成區分，在維持整體連續性的同時，建立較安定的休息氛圍。

整體透過色彩、材質與櫃體的一致性整合有限尺度，使15坪住宅在機能完整的條件下，仍保有開放、明亮且連續的空間感。

 

This 15-ping, two-bedroom residence is organized around an open and continuous spatial strategy. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are connected as a shared public zone, minimizing partitions and extending views and natural light throughout the home.

The public areas are finished in warm beige hand-applied textured paint, creating subtle layers through its natural texture and changing light. Light-toned wood flooring continues across the space, reinforcing visual continuity. Integrated cabinetry combines storage, television, and equipment while defining the transition between public and private areas. Curved edges and openings soften the built-in volume and maintain visual connections.

The kitchen follows a linear layout, with the dining table extending from it as a shared center for everyday life. The bedrooms use light gray to create a quieter atmosphere while maintaining a cohesive palette.

Through a consistent language of color, material, and built-in elements, the compact home remains open, connected, and clearly organized.
