INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES｜室內設計服務

IN-Xian Design 引線設計提供住宅、商業、旅宿與辦公空間設計，服務涵蓋室內設計、室內建築、空間規劃、材質整合與整體空間體驗。設計從使用者的生活方式、空間條件與實際需求出發，依據不同場所建立相應的空間策略，而非套用單一風格。

我們會先了解家庭成員、生活習慣、收納與空間需求，並確認基地條件及預算範圍，再提出多種平面配置與動線方向。設計過程透過方案比較與討論，調整機能、尺度及空間關係；後續再進行細部設計與工程預算規劃。實際規劃內容與費用，依個別案件條件評估。

IN-Xian Design provides residential, commercial, hospitality, and workplace design services, including interior design, interior architecture, spatial planning, material integration, and the development of overall spatial experiences. Each project begins with the user’s way of life, spatial conditions, and practical needs, developing a specific spatial strategy rather than applying a predetermined style.

- 設計提案及平面配置規劃

- 簽訂設計合約

階段二

- 立面設計及3D模擬圖

- 細部設計 / 繪製施工圖

- 材料 / 家具 / 設備建議

- 編列工程預算

階段三

- 簽訂工程合約

- 工程施作及管理

- 完工後續保固

服務費用

- 住家設計費：每坪8,000元。

- 商空設計費：每坪6,000元。

- 辦公室/公設設計費：每坪4,000元。

- 景觀設計費：每坪1,500元。

- 提案費用10,000元，成案後折抵於總設計費。

- 客變費用20,000元，成案後折抵於總設計費。

- 設計費用最低10萬元，小於10坪空間另議。

- 監造管理費：總工程造價之8%，依地區調整。

- 以上收費依室內實際設計坪數計算。

設計方法｜DESIGN APPROACH

引線設計以住宅、商業與旅宿空間為主要設計範疇，從使用者的生活方式與場域條件出發，透過空間配置、自然光、材質與動線建立具有連續性的空間經驗。

設計重視自然材質、低彩度色彩、光影變化與空間尺度，並以開放、連續與生活感作為主要空間策略。不同材料、界面與家具並非單純作為形式，而是用來回應使用者的行為、視線與日常活動。

從住宅到商業與旅宿空間，引線設計將設計視為空間、材料、光線與生活之間的關係建立，而非預設風格的套用。

IN-Xian Design focuses on residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces, shaping each project through spatial planning, natural light, materiality, and movement.

We value natural materials, low-chroma tones, openness, and continuity, creating spaces that respond to everyday life rather than following a predetermined style.
