Residence ML / 木柵李寓

木柵李寓是一座以 90 歲長者為主要使用者的住宅，透過開放平面與光線、動線的重新組織，建立適合日常生活與家人共同使用的居住空間。

本案打破既有空間隔間，重新思考光線與活動之間的關係。由於長者偶有子女共同居住，因此整體配置以自由平面為主要概念，利用光線、動線與視線串聯約 20 坪的住宅空間，使不同生活機能保持連續與開放。

以提升長照機能為前提，空間特別重視安全、使用彈性與互動性。透過無障礙的移動經驗，將玄關、客廳、餐廳、廚房與臥室串聯，讓不同使用者都能自在穿梭於住宅之中。空間不僅回應高齡者的日常需求，也保留家人共同生活與交流的可能。

引線設計以光線、動線與視線的連續性重新組織住宅關係，在安全與無障礙的前提下，讓住宅維持開放、明亮且具有生活彈性的空間體驗。

Residence ML is a residential interior in Taipei designed primarily for a 90-year-old resident, with an open plan that integrates light, movement, and everyday living within approximately 20 ping.

The design removes unnecessary spatial barriers and reconnects the entrance, living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedroom through continuous circulation. Barrier-free paths, clear sightlines, and natural light create a safe and flexible environment for both the resident and visiting family members.

IN-Xian Design uses light, movement, and visual continuity to create an open home that supports aging in place, family interaction, and everyday life.
