Residence VL / 五股 呂寓

Residence VL 是一座位於新北市、約 16 坪的住宅，以兩人的日常生活為尺度，重新整合餐廚、浴廁與收納機能，在有限的空間中建立開放且連續的居住體驗。

關於 16 坪家的風景
空間以公共與私密兩種屬性分別抽取屋主使用頻率較高的「餐廚」與「浴廁」作為核心，透過 45 度的牆面切角與地坪、天花所形成的立體關係，引導視線與動線穿越不同空間。入口廊道藉由鏡面反射與光線暗示，弱化原有的狹長感，使進入住宅的過程更加開放。

45 度的牆面切角同時形成空間之間的縫隙，讓光線、視線與動線產生流動，模糊不同機能之間的界線。透過空間的折疊、錯位與開口，使原本有限的 16 坪尺度在視覺與使用上獲得延伸，滿足基本收納與生活機能的同時，也保留兩人住宅所需的開放感。

引線設計透過幾何、光線與視線的連續性重新組織空間，讓有限尺度不只是被壓縮的住宅，而成為具有流動性、層次與生活感的居住環境。

Residence VL is a 16-ping residence in New Taipei City designed around the everyday needs of two people, integrating kitchen, dining, bathroom, and storage functions within a compact footprint.

​

Centered on the kitchen/dining and bathroom as spatial anchors, the design uses 45° chamfered walls and diagonal geometries to reshape circulation and enhance spatial fluidity. Mirrored surfaces and indirect lighting extend sightlines and dissolve the constraints of the entry corridor, while spatial folds and gaps amplify the perceived scale of the home.

IN-Xian Design uses geometry, light, and visual continuity to transform a compact residence into an open and fluid living environment.
