Apartment KSTC/ 信義 蕭寓

Apartment KSTC 是一座位於台北、屋齡 50 年的住宅空間，透過空間配置的重新編排，在有限的住宅尺度中建立開放且連續的公共生活區域。

以此為提案下，公共空間將傳統餐廳與廚房牆面移除，讓光線與視線能夠完整流動。透過地面材料的連續性，使模糊的邊界整合為整體，也讓不同肌理的質感藉由色調統一向上延伸，讓空間能夠自擁有不同表情卻和諧共存。

在空間物件的處理上，家具、櫃體、樓面與家俱等量體皆沿牆面邊界規制設置，讓身體活動空間與視覺感受得以最大化；同時利用冷暖兩種相異色彩與相同紋理的材質，定義使用機能與空間屬性差異，也讓彼此在對話時得以協調並融入背景之中。

Apartment KSTC is a residence in a 50-year-old building in Taipei, reconfigured to create an open and continuous public living area within a limited footprint.

Figure-Ground

Removing the kitchen and dining walls allows light and movement to flow freely. Continuous flooring and tonal unity extend the material language across surfaces, softening spatial boundaries.

Built-in volumes follow the perimeter, maximizing usable space while maintaining visual continuity. Contrasting tones and shared textures define different functions while allowing objects to recede into a cohesive spatial background.
